Whilst we've got you here...our plat du jour tomorrow is a goat's cheese and roasted butternut squash lasagne with curly kale and a rich tomato sauce, our two soups are jerusalem artichoke (thank you lovely Polly who has a plentiful garden in Beckington and often brings seasonal treats like these to Mes Amis!) and chicken with wild mushroom.
